JD:

• Total Experience: 10 to 15 Years

• Telecom Domain: 3 to 8 Years (Mandatory)

• QA Lead: 3 years (Mandatory)
• Mainframes: 4 years (Mandatory)
• SQL: 1 year (Preferred)
• Selenium, TestNG, Maven etc., : 1 year (Preferred)
• Test Automation: 1 year (Preferred)

Must Have Skills:

• Knowledge of the Software and Project Management life cycles (PMLC /SDLC /STLC) within a formal methodology process
• Excellent testing experience with Mainframes - Integration, E2E workflows, Batch Job testing, DB Testing, CICS (Customer Information Control System) Screens testing
• Competent with mainframe environment tools (TSO/ISPF, File Aid)
• Programming experience of mainframe applications would be a plus
• Any additional experience with SQL, Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros, Visual Basic, VLOOKUP, etc.), Access.
• Fully Proficient with JIRA

• Excellent communications, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• The ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
• Proven experience to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced remote based environment
• Should have sound documentation skills
