Job Role: QA Lead/Manager

Skills & Expertise

•         Excellent knowledge about testing concepts with excellent test analysis skills

•         Extensive experience with the following types of testing: static (verification and validation) and dynamic, black, white box, grey box, automated regression, build verification, load, etc.

•         Hands on experience working in manual and automation QA projects

•         Strong working knowledge of various test types including client/server, white-box, black-box, positive/negative, and relational database testing

•         Solid test design skills, test case automation and analysis

•         Detail oriented and should be able to work in a fast paced environment.

•         Strong analytical ability and problem solving skills.

•         Excellent interpersonal skills and professional approach

•         Strong scripting skills in any one Perl, Linux/Unix Shell or Java

•         Experience working with source control / defect tracking and continuous integration systems

•         Create and maintain excellent Test Strategies, Test Plan, traceability and reports for application testing

•         Proficient with defect tracking and test management toolsets to support development process and creating reports

•         Experience with bug tracking tools, version control tools (HPALM/Jira/X-Ray/Bugzilla)

•         Experience around automating end to end testing including frontend/backend applications.

•         Excellent coding skills in HP UFT/ Selenium

•         Experienced in building and maintaining test automation frameworks for HP UFT and Selenium

•         Team handling – allocate and track work progress for a small team of 2 -4 manual/automation testers

Nice to have skills –

•         Experience working in DevOps/Agile environments and Banking domain
