The QA Test Lead will be tasked with overseeing the testing performed in the Agile Scrum Teams to ensure the delivery of the highest quality releases. The QA Lead will also provide metrics on the overall testing progress.
QA Testing Lead Role
Review and oversee all manual testing efforts performed by System Integrator and State Resources. Participate in story reviews including end to end. Attend Non-Functional Story Reviews & approve testing scenarios. Provide weekly testing and defect metrics to give Leadership a status of the progress of the development efforts for each release stream. Participate in Defect Management Process Offer potential testing process improvements and provide Testers with guidance on best practices. Assist with any manual regression testing. Participate in the process of determining which manual test cases will be included in automated regression testing.The position is currently remote; however, it is possible that we could return to an on-site position in the future.
