Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct analysis as required to assess and report on business quality inclusive of internal process checks.
Take a consistent and fair approach to assess quality and risks, utilizing the data from management information reports.
Take ownership to ensure accurate, clear, and concise record keeping to effectively capture MI for monitoring and improvements purposes.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of LGHF policies and procedures across all business areas to assess business quality and adherence to standards.
Build and maintain a strong internal network to enable information gathering as required and to ensure that QA related issues can be effectively communicated and discussed cross functionally.
Provide regular updates to the Quality Assurance Manager regarding noticed trends of concern.
Make recommendations for improvements to LGHF policies and processes, to enhance business quality and reduce risk.
Where required, support the wider Operational Team functions.
