The
Q2C Senior Specialist
role is part of a dynamic and integrated Finance function delivering operational Finance specialist services. The role will report to Quote to Cash (Q2C) Collections Manager and will be responsible for analysing and integrating country specificities into the global processes. They will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure processes are performed in accordance with performance and quality standards.

Role Description


Support Collections Manager on monitoring and overseeing performance of the 3rd party Collections team, ensuring compliance with credit and collection policy, process, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Analyse local collections systems and implement GetPaid globally.

Identify root cause of disputes and implement prevention plans and strategies.

Identity country specific processes and align with global processes.

Support harmonization of job set up, billing and cash application rules.

Support implementation of risk management globally.

Drive the implementation of global policies.

Drive continuous improvement in Q2C.

Analyse Customer Performance Indicators (CPIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Stakeholder Management.

Role Requirements


Degree in Management/Accounting/Business Administration or equivalent.

Experience working within Credit Controls and Risk Management process, within complex, large volume environment.

Proficient English (written and spoken).

Strong financial, analytical, communication and project management skills.

Business orientation and interest.

Self-awareness and relationship-building skills.

High integrity and keen eye for accuracy that builds trust in analysis being provided.

Full proficiency with Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, GetPaid, and workflow technology.
