Job Title: Purchase Coordinator

Job Description:

Our Client, a reputable Bank Interior furnishing and ATM solutions company, is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Purchase Coordinator to join our team. As a Purchase Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing the procurement process and ensuring the timely acquisition of goods and services for our projects.

Responsibilities:

1.Coordinate and execute end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, supplier selection, negotiation, and purchase order placement.

2.Maintain accurate records of purchase transactions, including purchase orders, contracts, and vendor information.

3.Monitor and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services, and proactively address any issues or delays.

4.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and specifications for each project.

5.Conduct market research to identify potential vendors and evaluate their suitability based on quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.

6.Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure compliance with contracts and agreements.

7.Coordinate with the Accounts department for timely invoice processing and payment to suppliers.

8.Prepare reports and analysis on procurement activities, including cost savings, vendor performance, and market trends.

9.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement, and make recommendations for process improvements.

10.We are seeking candidates with exceptional negotiation and persuasive abilities.

11. Proficiency in English, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, and Tamil languages.

Requirements:

1.Proven experience as a Purchase Coordinator or in a similar procurement role.

2.Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract negotiation.

3.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

4.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.

5.Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
