Were looking for a PTP (Pay to Purchase) intern to join our Entertainment Group in Dallas, TX.

As a PTP intern, youll be responsible for maintaining accounts payable records, keying invoices and making payments.

What youll do

Execute accounts payable in an accurate, timely manner and according to process:
Reconcile and post vendor invoices/accounts and credit memos
Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
Execute and standardize payment processes across legacy systems
Participate in projects and/or actions to improve the overall performance quality of the accounts payable process
Provide relevant reporting to sector management
Improve KPI's (Key Performance Indicators)

Your qualifications

Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline
Able to perform data entry quickly and accurately
Proficient in Excel
Can successfully organize and manage multiple priorities
Strong communication skills, verbal and written
Willing to work in a demanding and rapidly changing environment

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship

Pay Rate: Hourly Rate ($20 up to $26 based on year of study)
