We will tell you now... we care deeply about bringing Houston the best, most dedicated therapists. We work very hard and pride ourselves on being on our game as therapists and humans. PLEASE NOTE: We are in most need of candidates that are couples therapists and those that have a passion for coaching, although we need help in other areas of counseling and coaching as well!
We are seeking candidates that are:
1. On fire with passion and care for this special healing work
2. Gifted, experienced practitioners with long term therapy experience (licensed please)
3. LOVES being a part of a team and wouldn't have it any other way.
//Our focus is supporting Houston's high functioning professional as they move through anxiety, existential depression, relationship difficulties, career distress, and all the faulty coping mechanisms that come with living. We are ride or die for our people and are big believers in creatively meeting our clients where they're at.
Our therapists get to focus on what they love: THERAPY! We work as a singular team (this is not an independent contractor position) but with the hard work we do, we put a ton of emphasis on having flexible schedules and self care. Newbies are established within a few months and our folks easily make 6 figures with a healthy caseload and ample vacation time (or more depending on their goals).
Not going to lie, our team is KILLER and we're kind of intense, ha! We grow together, laugh together, nudge each other along with a bunch of encouragement and care. Requirements
- Passionate about the art of therapy
- Growth mindset and dedication to deepening their work professionally and personally (the growing never ends here and requires a deep commitment to the understanding of self and others. Courageous accountability to lean into our best, bravest work is what were after!)
- Thorough graduate training, supervision, and clinical background, ideally including work with long-term individual psychotherapy
- Ready and able to dedicate themselves wholeheartedly to their craft within a full-time position
- Hard-working, dedicated spirit
- Licensed as a Provisionally Licensed Psychologist, Psychologist, or LPA-Associates, LMFTs, LMSWs, LCSW, LMFT, and LPC are also considered
- Highly interested in working with professionals and high achievers of truly diverse backgrounds in all ways
- Outgoing and highly personable
- Attunement to the working professionals needs and what it requires to serve them. This includes a willingness to work either early morning, offer session openings a few evenings a week, or on weekends to accommodate our professional clienteles needs
