You will be responsible for the overall success of an apartment community. Your responsibilities will include: maintaining occupancy and budget, providing outstanding customer service to residents and guests, and overseeing the Leasing team and Service Supervisor. Our ideal candidate should be business minded; goal oriented, and leads by example.

Requirements
To be considered for this role you will need at least 3 years experience as a Property Manager, have an excellent sense of time management and be self-motivated by the success of others. Available to work every other Saturday.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed by the staff at all times
- Responsible for property budget as set forth by the company guidelines
- Leasing apartments at optimum rent level and keeping vacancies to a minimum
- Responsible for Leasing operations
- Knowledge of Human Trafficking and Fair Housing guidelines
