Job Responsibilities:

• Overall success of an apartment community
• Maintain occupancy and budget
• Provide outstanding customer service to Residents and guests
• Oversee the Leasing team and Service Supervisor

Requirements

To be a top candidate:

• Must have at least 3 years of Property Management experience
• Have excellent sense of time management
• Be self motivated by the success of others
• Be business minded, goal oriented, and lead by example
