HIRING FOR TENTS & TRAILS

NOT A TRADITIONAL RESORT(Its is a Glamping Property)

We are an experiential tourism company offering varied recreational experiences to domestic and international tourists, primarily located in urban center's of India.

We are passionate about bringing rich experiences around camping to India hygienic stays, outdoor activities, music, bonfires, hikes, and lots of stories & fun.

We're looking at disrupting the hospitality market in India with alternate accommodation and differentiated

Work responsibilities

• Sourcing, hiring, training and managing property staff for multiple functions such as kitchen, cleaning, security.
• Monitoring employee performance and conducting regular feedback session to help improve customer service.
• Ensure daily, weekly and monthly adherence to roaster.
• Welcoming and managing guests from check-in to check-out including service, events, security, emergency situations, etc.
• Sourcing and coordinating with vendors of the property for procurement, maintenance, etc.
• Maintaining records of budgets, funds, and expenses with weekly reporting.
• Manage and track hotel inventory with weekly reporting.
• Ensure complete upkeep of the property including all structures, greenery, assets of the company, etc.

Work Location: Chanapatna (1 hour from Bangalore)

Requirements for the Profile:

• Should be from a hospitality background (No restaurant Managers, Front Desk executives, Stanza or any co-living)
• Accommodation/Food is not included
• Should be able to manage a small and effective team, unlike someone who has worked with a lot of departmental managers(HK, F&B, Utility)
• Fluency in Kannada
