Vista Paint Corporation, a manufacturer of architectural coatings, is recruiting for a Property Management Rep. We are looking for a passionate outgoing associate who enjoys being a part of a team and providing a high level of service for our existing and new customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Call on Management Companies and Property Managers to present our services.
Attend Industry functions and Trade Shows to represent Vista Paint.
Write paint specifications in the field.
Organize and hold Paint Contractor Bid Walks on properties to be painted.
Monitor painting jobs as job is being painted.
Attend and present at Association board meetings (generally in the evenings).
Work with color committees to create new color palettes.
Work with local Painting Contractors on leads, job walks.
Work with regional Vista Paint salespeople on leads, color coordinating, etc.
Composes letters, documents and forms using Excel spreadsheets in Word documents, using and creating mail merge.
Achieve annual sales goals as established and agreed upon by department manager.
Position is eligible for commissions.
