Summary:
The Project Sales Manager is responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities for the company's Public Address & Conference Systems within the project sales segment in West Region (WR) (link removed) This role involves establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding project requirements, and achieving sales & collection targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify potential projects, clients, and partners through research and networking in Airports, Railways, Tunnels, PSUs, CPWD ,PWD , Commercial Buildings , IT/ITES etc. for Public Address & Conference System Systems.
- Generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the project sector.
- Understand client needs and requirements.
3. Bosch Public Address & Conference Systems Knowledge:
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services.
- Effectively communicate product benefits to potential clients.
4. Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to target the project sales market.
5. Sales Presentations and Proposals:
- Create compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Customize solutions based on client needs and project specifications.
6. Channel Management
-Enable business growth by developing and managing a network of Dealers / Sales Agents across Assigned Verticals.
-Guide and train Channel Partners to accomplish set revenue and business targets.
-To develop existing dealer network by Providing technical trainings to dealers and associates to enable them to present the product with full confidence.
7. Negotiation and Closing Deals:
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients.
- Close sales and achieve revenue targets.
8. Market Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
- Provide market insights to the management team.
9. Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions through CRM (link removed)>
- Provide regular reports to the management team.
