Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and other stakeholders to understand projects requirements and specifications
• Create accurate pre-engineered building designs using computer aided designs software and other design tools
• Ensure that design comply with applicable buildings codes,safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects, including materials and labor costs, based on design specifications and project scope.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers and other team members to ensure that designs and cost estimate are accurate and meet project requirements
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
• Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders to ensure that project goals are met.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in civil engineering or related field
• 1+ years of experience in pre-engineered building design and cost estimating.
• Strong Proficiency in computer Aided design software
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and in team environment
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet project deadlines
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations and industry standards
• Willingness to travel to job site and client meetings as required.
