QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or another related field or equivalent work experience. Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum is required.
• Seven years of experience in information systems development.
• Seven years of experience in using Microsoft Project or similar project management software to track and maintain projects.
• Seven years of experience in developing detailed project documentation.
• Seven years of experience with change management procedures.
• Seven years of experience with information security and risk management standards.
• Seven years of experience with managing a mix of local/virtual teams.
• Seven years of experience with agile methods and techniques.
• Five years of experience with management and facilitation of external stakeholder groups.
• Five years of grant development and management.
