Trianz is looking for a Project Manager to lead a roadmap project for migrating a data warehouse on vendor cloud We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support our applications in the Investments ecosystem. This role will require skills in project Management, customer relationships, decision making. Understanding of Investments domain is a must. About the Role This role requires skills in business analysis, systems analysis, documentation of business/functional requirements, customer relationships, solution recommendation, and decision making. Retire technology debt (current investment data warehouse) and infrastructure cost by moving the solution to vendor private cloud. Simplify the platform and deliver a more efficient operating and technology model to multiple business lines that can also be leveraged across other parts of the company. Deliver enhanced reporting and speed to market capabilities. Job Responsibilities Excellent knowledge and hands on experience: Project management best practices, Investment Management Industry, Data Management / Data Warehouse Communication / Client handling: Experience working with complex / senior stakeholders. The PM should be able to provide detailed updates to the project team, as well as synthesize the information for senior management. Detailed oriented and organizational skills: Work closely with all groups (business, IT, etc) to get updates on active items, help prioritize the backlog of work, drive delivery and capture change requests/deviations to agreed plan. Create accountability among project team members to drive on time delivery of project tasks and deliverables. The PM should be extremely organized and methodical to handle the volume. Ability to synthesize the findings and communicate them to senior leadership. Escalate in a timely manner to leadership issues and anticipate possible risks, document them with the right business and IT owners and coordinate for solutions/mitigations. Provide recommendations to address challenges, risks, and issues to core project team members. Escalate concerns and potential solutions to impacted parties. Assist the SMEs in working sessions by documenting meeting notes and requirements, in particular for historical data conversion and performance in the coming weeks. Tools: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and advanced reporting capabilities of JIRA. Other Office applications (PPT, Word etc). Monitor resource needs and actuals to meet program goals within budget and timeline. Ensure that SDLC is followed. Experience with steering committee / senior stakeholder presentations Publish weekly status reports, monthly milestone summary view, monthly steering committee presentations (internal and with vendor), weekly risk/issue/decision logs, weekly project plan. Required Skills 14 plus years of Experience in Application Development Project.
