| | The scope of the project includes migrating complicated applications/infrastructure currently residing in the data center to Azure cloud. There are various applications and databases that are currently accessed via Citrix. The project scope includes migrating these out of citrix to Azure. The user base will need to be moved to Azure as well. There is also a component of virtual to virtual migration.
The PM will need to actively lead the migration effort and ensure each wave plan is executed on time and budget. PM will also need to communicate and coordinate with various project stake holders (Business and Technical). Work with Change management to communicate the updates to the users. Lead and manage the project team to ensure successful migration. |
