Project Manager - The Regis Group (Delray Beach, FL) - Manage projects from inception to a successful close out on multiple single family homes, and multi-family buildings. Operate under a budget of over $10 million. Review, approve and/or revise updated design documents. Update schedules and budgets as needed. Supervise subcontractors on-site day to day, in order to achieve schedules on time. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management with a concentration in Real Estate Management & Development (defined as 15 credits) and 6 months of experience in job offered or 6 months of experience as a Project Manager or any other job title performing all listed job duties.
