This Resource and will be lead the Contractor's team on this project and be the primary interface with the County. The lead Resource will manage the other Resource(s) and ensure completion of the Deliverables. The lead Resource's Deliverables include:
o Manage the voice and data Resource(s)' completion of the assessment of the current environment including scheduling and interviewing County personnel to complete the assessments.
o Create and manage overall project schedules subject to County defined due dates.
o Prepare migration plan and related implementation requirements including: (1) Deliverables milestones and schedules; and (2) ensuring compliance with the not-to-exceed amounts for this project.
o Interface with the County personnel to report on plan and progress.
o Develop and publish project scoping, meeting minutes, action items, follow up schedules, Deliverables milestone, and resolve and document mitigation plans.
