Our partner an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer is seeking a Project Manager for their water/wastewater group in Manchester, CT. The Project Manager will assist in overseeing multi-disciplinary projects including scoping, design, and construction administration of water and wastewater infrastructure throughout New England.

Responsibilities:

• Lend technical expertise to leading multidisciplinary projects pertaining to the design of pump stations
• Perform condition assessments of existing pump stations
• Perform hydraulic calculations of new infrastructure
• Support the water/wastewater group with project management, staff development, client relations, and construction administration

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, Master's Degree a plus
• P.E. licensure required
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in wastewater planning and design
• Strong understanding of water/wastewater hydraulics and pump station design required
• Previous project management experience (procurement, design, QA/QC)
• Funding experience with CTDEEP Clean Water Fund, USDA RD, and DPH a plus
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ESRI GIS, and Microsoft Suite
• Excellent verbal and oral communication skills including the ability to write reports and correspondence
