Vega Consulting Solutions, Inc. is hiring a Mid-level Project Manager (Contract to Hire) for our direct client.  Seeking candidates that are eligible to convert to full time employment.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage small to mid-scale projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of objectives.
• Initiate, engage, and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project results.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating when necessary.
• Track project progress and ensure appropriate documentation.
• Provide leadership for implementations, integrations, business readiness, and communications.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a project-related field.
• Preferred Qualifications: Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) and knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and experience in providing client support for internal and external customers.
