RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Coordinator, Construction in Los Angeles, CA.
Summary: The Project Coordinator will be responsible for successfully monitoring/controlling efforts and successfully managing their transition & closeout, as assigned by the EMPO Director or designee.
The Coordinator will help with EMPO operations in a fashion that enables IS to drive programs and projects to completion with quality. The efforts the Coordinator will help support involve a diverse set of components/work threads, including but not limited to meeting management (scheduling/calendaring, agenda development, draft presentation development & review facilitation, meeting notes, action item & decision follow-up), business process documentation, internal presentation development (e.g., All-Hands), report creation & distribution, data entry and review.
Key Responsibilities: * Meeting management (scheduling, agenda development, meeting room/forum readiness, notes, and facilitation support - as instructed by the EMPO Director) * Report management * Quality management support * Miscellaneous form processing
REQUIREMENTS: * Able to cooperatively, professionally, and effectively communicate with personnel and third party-providers ranging from the staff through C-Suite Executive level * Comfortable operating in an ambiguous, deadline-driven environment with varying degrees of pace and cadence * Strong attention to detail * Inquisitive and able to solve problems independently/without step-by-step instruction * MS Office proficiency
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
