Project Architect:

Requirements: Five years of recent work experience in custom residential, high volume residential, and light commercial projects. Experience in proposal development, design, project management, construction management, final specifications, approvals of ordered materials, supervisory of subordinate architects and technicians, understanding of field concepts, and standard industry practices and procedures.

Candidate must have an understanding of complex projects, the ability to judge and plan accordingly to meet goals. A self- starting individual with a sense of urgency and dedication to quality is a must! If you believe you are qualified for this position, please submit your resume.
