Our firm is seeking Project Architect/Project Manager, with minimum 10 to 15 years experience running projects through all phases of design and contract administration, with the ability to run several projects simultaneously, and direct others. The ideal candidate for this position is a self starter that is focused, hard working, curious individual, and detail-oriented problem solver. This position does not include remote work or work from home.
As a minimum, Candidate should have experience in these building types: Office, Retail, Restaurant, Distribution, Warehouse, Manufacturing
Responsibilities:
- Proficient in Revit, Architecture, Bluebeam, and other typical software programs such as Word, Excel, Acrobat, Sketchup and other rendering programs
- Code research
- Preparation of construction documents
- Coordination with owners, engineering consultants and contractors.
Candidate must hold a degree from an accredited School of Architecture, either a Bachelor or Masters' of Architecture. Licensure is a plus, but not required.
