SUMMARY: Responsible for sequencing parts, sub-assembly, and body weld
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Includes, but not limited to, the following:
- Consistently follow safety procedures/PPE requirements
- Work as part of a team.
- Consistently execute all loading and part handling processes to ensure "Production Sequencing Order" is maintained.
- Rotate and cross train on all production jobs to ensure skills flexibility and full process knowledge.
- Standard Work- Learn and understand what it is and why we must comply.
Requirements
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and must have the ability to maintain an excellent attendance record.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or equivalent. Three (3) months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals in English. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume and distance.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Team Member must be able to lift 30 pounds from the floor/ground to their waist level. Team Member must be able to lift 15-20 pounds from their knee level to their waist level. Team Member must be able to lift 25 pounds from waist to shoulder level. Team Member must be able to lift parts up to 8 pounds using a single arm from waist to shoulder level. Team Member must be able to push carts on wheels on level concrete surfaces & up ramps, which requires 33 lbs of force. Team Members must be able to stand and walk constantly throughout their work shift. Team Members must be able to routinely work with their arms at or slightly above shoulder level. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, outside.
