CorDx, a leading biotechnology company, is seeking a Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing process. The Production Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our products are produced efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with experience in biotech or pharmaceutical production environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the manufacturing process, ensuring that production schedules are met and products are produced efficiently and safely.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to guarantee the highest level of product quality.
• Manage and develop a team of production staff, creating a collaborative and motivating work environment.
• Maintain production equipment, ensuring that it is in optimal condition and addressing any breakdowns or malfunctions.
• Collaborate with other departments, including R&D and Quality Control, to ensure smooth production and product development.
• Manage production budgets and expenses, ensuring that the manufacturing process is financially sustainable.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices, identifying opportunities for process improvements and innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical production environments.
• Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing successful teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in process optimization and quality control.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Experience with cGMP regulations and FDA requirements.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Mandarin speaking preferred
