• Assist and collaborate with the production manager in overseeing various teams within production
• Direct personnel on work assignments based on production needs as determined by management
• Serve as a direct report for specific personnel
• Accountable for specific department training and compliance
• Enforce all company policies and procedures
• Planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
• Assist production manager in recruitment of staff members
• Complete production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems.
• Ensure operation of equipment by calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
• Resolve personnel problems by investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action.
• Able to lift 20-30 lbs.
• Ability to work flexible schedules based on company needs
• Additional responsibilities as needed

Requirements

• Production supervisory experience required. College degree preferred.
• Excellent communication, supervision, coaching, managing processes, process improvement, Production planning, strategic planning, dealing with complexity, human resources hiring.
• Be able to work under pressure and challenge.
• Related working experience with computer industry.
