James Michelle is looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated, passionate person to help create our jewelry. This position plays a crucial part in the overall jewelry making for our brand.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Ideally 1-2 years working in-house with a jewelry brand as a jeweler
• Experience working in sterling silver and gold fill
• Exceptional communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Incredibly organized and responsible
• Positive attitude with the desire to collaborate within a team of jewelers
• Self-motivated, and eager to learn and share knowledge
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment where collaboration, trust, communication and positivity is critical
• Passion for creating a product and making it the best it can be

Requirements

• Use metals and materials to create jewelry
• Work from a workbench, using tools, to produce multiple units of individual styles of jewelry (i.e. make-to-stock units in batches)
• Fulfill custom orders or orders where inventory is not currently available (i.e. make-to-order)
• Balance speed of work with quality goals
