As a Production Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to evaluate clients branding guidelines and collaborate with directives from the Business Analyst or Project Manager to construct templates that allow clients to market their pharmaceutical products with our data. You will also provide feedback on the feasibility of proposed solutions based on system functionality restrictions. Once approved, you will proceed to develop these templates via an internal program known as Formwriter, while closely liaising with the Business Analyst, Project Manager, and Configuration Analyst. Furthermore, you will gain familiarity with various programs integral to template development, including Formtrak, Analytics, and Formwriter.

You will need graphic design experience for this job. The templates will be designed in InDesign and you will need to understand branding guidelines. Other applications mentioned can be learned through internal training.

This teams role is critical for MMIT to ensure client satisfaction and retention. We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail and efficiency to meet the tight deadlines.

To succeed in this position, you will:

  • Coordinate internally, partnering with Client Success Managers/Client Success Advisors, SQL Developers, and other experts to review and confirm configuration options as well as timelines for each implementation.
  • Create strong eye catching templates. Making sure that our data is highlighted and captured correctly.
  • Accuracy ensuring you are capturing every change outlined by the client or BA. Delivering exactly what the client has legally approved.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Business Analysts to deliver MMIT products and ensure quality is maintained.
  • Learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment where MMIT is continuously enhancing our solutions to provide value for clients in todays rapidly changing healthcare market.
  • Conduct UAT testing to make sure all design elements and data match the current spec doc and the legally approved PDF.
  • Participate, continuously improve, and adapt to changes in the applications. Learn and develop work arounds for difficult design situations.
  • And other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree or relevant experience required.
  • 2-5 yrs. of professional experience with graphic design.
  • Working knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, and photoshop.
  • You will need graphic design experience for this job. The templates will be designed in Indesign and you will need to understand branding guidelines. Other applications mentioned can be learned through internal training.
  • Strong understanding of Pharma and Market access space.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to create structure and organize work.
  • Strong process improvement skills.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, and ability to establish guidelines in these areas for others.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $44,000 to $63,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
