We are looking for talented product-oriented people to help grow our company and develop next-generation capabilities using our state-of-the-art imaging reagents.

Job duties:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries about our molecular products via email, chate, video and phone
  • Educate customers about how our products can be used within the context of their research objectives in a clear and concise manner
  • Be the primary contact for customers for all inquiries, ranging from pre-sales ordering and educational to post-sales technical and logistical support
  • Provide basic solution-oriented technology & application support tailored to users specific needs
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues in an efficient and productive manner
  • Establish and maintain good rapport with customers by creating memorable and personalized experiences, and anticipating their needs
  • Analyze and document customer inquiries to streamline responses to frequently asked questions
  • Analyze and document customer problems to streamline solutions to common issues
  • Develop and maintain in-depth user-oriented understanding of how our products are designed, manufactured, and used in real biological samples
  • Assist in the maintenance of technical resources including FAQs and product citation review
  • Contribute to the overall growth and mission of the company and its productsHelp create a bioimaging experience that our customers love

Requirements

Preferred educational and experimental background:

BS/MS in life sciences or a related field and 2+ year of wet lab experience. Previous experience in a customer experience/support role is a plus. Experience in in situ hybridization (fluorescent and/or chromogenic), immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, flow cytometry, blotting techniques, and quantitative analysis of experimental data is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

A successful applicant must be dedicated, responsible, detail-oriented, highly organized, proactive, efficient and capable of working closely and communicating with others in the multiple teams. Attention to detail in constructing grammatically correct emails is essential. The following wet lab skills are preferred but not required: general molecular biology, in situ hybridization, immunohistochemistry. Previous wet lab experience, general technical dexterity, dedication, organization, and scientific curiosity are strongly valued. Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Salary:

We determine your level based on your experience, skill, education, and other bona fide factors. The salary will fall within the bands below.

  • Product Support Associate I: $45,000 - $65,000
  • Product Support Associate II: $51,000 - $76,000
  • Product Support Associate III: $55,000 - $84,000
  • Senior Product Support Associate: $58,000 - $95,000

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
