Responsibilities:

• Identify and prioritize product features, functionalists and enhancements

• Develop solutions to increase customer experience

• Define user stories and acceptance criteria as well as perform testing supporting the features

• Creating documentation of as-is and to-be states for business processes

• Analyze gaps in current processes and presenting solutions

• Perform customer and market research on best practices within and outside the industry to evaluate current eCommerce solutions and product market fit

• Facilitate partnerships with third party systems and data providers for seamless data exchange

• Evaluate software solutions and third party systems, assessing technical capabilities, downfalls and risk

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in the in Product Management

• 5+ years of experience gathering requirements internally and externally from customers

• 5+ years of experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria and testing

• Experience of building products and bringing this to market

• Prior experience with third party integrations

• Agile experience

• Experience launching new software or services

• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical teams

• Automotive industry experience is a plus

• Experience in IT Project Management and Business Analysis is highly desired

• Proven success working on a team in highly-collaborative, fast-paced environment.
