Ready to make a significant impact as a Preventative Maintenance Technician? In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining and safeguarding our high-speed injection molding plant. Join us and be a key player in executing preventative maintenance tasks, while also promoting and practicing plant-wide safety measures. Starting pay is $22 per hour. Now offering a $2,000 sign on bonus. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Maintain the asset management system for accurate information updated PMs and work orders. Manage preventative maintenance of molding machines and auxiliary equipment on time. Responsible for adding parts to work orders and ensure inventory is on hand to complete all Preventative maintenance. Perform all duties in compliance with Company directives and in accordance with Good Manufacturing. Practices (GMP) and FDA requirements or other program requirements. Complete assigned tasks as directed by the Maintenance lead. Keep the shop and tools clean and in an orderly manner. Comply with 5S standards and manage and keep an eye on expiration dates on supplies. Able to communicate effectively and thoroughly through email and other communication sources. Partner with a maintenance technician to train on other repairs. Other responsibilities and projects as assigned. Qualifications
Education : High School Diploma required; vocational school preferred.

Experience : Ability to use basic hand and power tools.

Specific Skills : Ability to use micrometer and callipers to measure parts, basic knowledge of PLC Systems.
