Post-Closing Specialist – Overland Park, KS

 

Compensation Range

$30,000 - $45,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

 

About the Role

Our client is a growing, Top 10 VA mortgage lender with operations throughout the Midwest. The bank is a roughly $2 Billion community bank that has a national mortgage operation. They have both consumer direct and consumer in-direct lending channels, with the direct channel located in the Kansas City area and loan production offices in 15+ other markets. Currently, we are seeking someone with at least two years of mortgage experience to join the Overland Park office in the post-closing group. Some of the skills and work history we are looking for are:

 

• Familiarity with Encompass 360


• Familiarity with different aspects of mortgage lending


• Familiarity with loan package compliance review


• Preference given to candidates with GOVT insuring background


• Ability to read and understand investor guidelines


• Past work history in mortgage shipping, post-closing, cure or other late stage departments


• Preference for someone with at least 2 years recent mortgage lending work history


• Ability to clear credit & background checks
