What can you expect?
We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Placement Executive to join our team. As a Placement Executive, you will be responsible for assessing insurance risk expertise and industry knowledge to propose placement solutions that meet client needs. You will need to align with the Placement strategy to achieve growth goals and provide exceptional client solutions. Additionally, documenting all activities to ensure timely follow-up by clients, carriers, and the client relationship teams will be crucial.

Assess insurance risk expertise and acquire industry knowledge to develop appropriate placement solutions that align with client needs.
Align Placement strategy to achieve growth goals and deliver exceptional client solutions.
Thoroughly document all activities to ensure timely follow-up by clients, carriers, and the client team.
Assist in the management of submitting insurance coverage specifications and obtain quotes from carriers.
Establish and improve relationships with carriers, underwriters, and the client relationship teams to provide cohesive client service.
Stay informed about changing insurance and risk management market conditions and share insights with client executives, client advisors, and/or clients.
Run analytics and evaluate clients' insurance programs to identify areas of improvement and value-added solutions to serve their needs.
Cultivate a thorough understanding of insurance markets to stay updated on industry trends and advancements.

What you need to have:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Risk Management, Insurance, Finance, etc.) or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in insurance risk assessment, insurance placement solutions, or related roles within the insurance industry.
Strong knowledge of insurance products, carriers, and underwriting practices.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and interpret complex insurance programs.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, carriers, and the client relationship teams.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills.
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and convey relevant information to clients and colleagues.
Proficient in using insurance-specific software systems and MS Office applications.
