Job Description: We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Personnel Supervisor to join our team. The Personnel Supervisor will play a crucial role in managing the team resources of our organization. This position requires a strong understanding of policies and procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.

Responsibilities:
* Oversee all aspects of the team resources function, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
* Develop and implement policies and procedures in accordance with relevant legislation and best practices.
* Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
* Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
* Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
* Stay informed about changes in employment legislation and ensure company policies are updated accordingly.
* Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
* Collaborate with department managers to ensure proper management of resources
* Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall objectives of the organization.

Qualifications:
* Diploma in related field.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
* Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
