LINQM is looking to add a Payroll Specialist to the team. 

Duties: Ensure the appropriate compliance with completion of payroll related entries and responses to inquiries. Assist users with questions related to their payroll information, including accessing their personal information. Assisting users with making changes to their direct deposit and W4 elections, and ensuring the necessary documents have been reviewed and entered into the payroll application

Research and respond to routine employee payroll questions

Upload and review payroll reports utilizing payroll and time and attendance system, and make corrections as required

 

Background:

Knowledge and understanding of payroll processing procedures and time attendance system, preferably ADP ProBusiness and KRONOS

Understanding of wage and hour and tax laws and processing garnishments and tax levies

Ability to complete tasks in resourceful and effective ways

3 years experience with multi-state payroll processing or related experience Skills and Experience:
