Job Title: Packaging Engineer

Location: Melville, NY

Job Description & Skill Requirement:

• Package Design Engineer to work extensively with EL supplier to develop the optimal packaging solutions for their products while ensuring all safety, quality, ergonomic, cost and material flow requirements.
• Summarizing the requirement of each component to analyze and implement alternative packaging methods
• Review with supplier information/design and Work with EL Packaging engineer and their Supplier to get approved drawings/technical information
• To work on CAD like ArtiosCAD, Solidworks for packaging design
• Extensive knowledge of packaging material and design.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Provide technical support and data analysis to all package engineering related work as per ELC engineer requirement.

Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree in Packaging / Industrial Engineering, or other engineering discipline from an accredited college or university
