Beverage One is looking for a creative Packaging Designer who is passionate about their craft and has a positive and inspiring personality that brings in fresh sources of creativity, enhancing an already talented and solid team.

The ideal candidate is a conceptual thinker, highly detailed, and excited about bringing delight to the customer through carefully considered 2D and 3D packaging. This hands-on role will work in partnership with design and freelance support to concept and develop packaging for all Beverage one Products.

Requirements

• Able to conceptualize and create packaging for new products from scratch.
• Understands color theory, design principles, and trends with a working knowledge of market analysis.
• Develop creative campaigns from start to finish.
• Participate in cross-functional design community design solutions for a range of channels and audiences: paid/organic social, email, digital/print ads, decks, digital marketing design, and web design.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the organization to align project goals, clearly communicate design choices, and incorporate feedback.
• Leverage your visual design skills to deliver consistent and cohesive design across various projects and timelines while keeping the integrity of the brand.
