365 Delivery Inc. is a package courier service located in Arcadia, CA. We specialize in small and medium-size package deliveries throughout Southern California. Our team members work together to provide World Class service to its clients and customers 7 days a week. Due to our continued success, we are expanding our operation and seeking experienced drivers in the Los Angeles County area to join us in our growth.

Responsibilities:

• Arriving on time at the facility fora scheduled shift.


• Creating an exceptional customer experience for each package delivered


• Safely deliver packages while driving a company-owned van


• Demonstrates the high ability to


• Function in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines


• Safely lift up to 70 pounds


• Walking and standing for extended periods of time during all weather conditions


• Understand basic math and computing


• Perform work activities that require cooperation and instruction


• Communicate effectively and promptly with team members and dispatchers


• Remain organized and effective throughout deliveries


• Handles equipment and a high volume of packages with the utmost care

What we require from you:

• Must be 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license for 3+ years


• At least one year of delivery experience involving the drop off of packages


• Must have the physical agility to enter and exit a vehicle up to and beyond 300 times per day


• Must pass background, drug/alcohol test


• Must possess a clean driving record; NO POINTS


• Must be comfortable using navigation and communication technology including GPS and other smartphone-related applications


• Possess a valid class C license


• Must have an excellent command of the English language both written and verbal


• Must be able to communicate clearly via phone, email, and text


• Use your own device/cell phone to upload Amazon Flex app for deliveries and navigation


• Flexible schedule


• Must be able to work a 10-hour shift or more


• Must be able to work weekends


• Must be able to lift and move packages up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis


• Knowledge of Los Angeles County a plus, but not required

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel or crouch, bend, squat go up and down stairs, get in and out of a cargo van up to 200 times a day or more, open and close cargo van doors up to 200 times a day or more. This position is extremely labor intensive, you will be consistently getting in and out of a van and use your hands to handle or feel, lift up to 70 pounds, and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.
