• Provides daily direction for anyone performing paint duties per project
• Thorough knowledge of all spray-painting equipment, specifications and procedures
• Responsible for all paint inventory
• Knows all safety and technical requirements related to painting operations
  Performs painting operations as necessary
• Works with all leaders to help with shop production flow
• May perform a variety of miscellaneous duties when needed (Crane, Hi-Lo operations, Loading or moving large equipment)
• Some shipping and receiving assistance may be required
