Job TitleP2P Specialist - Transformation Team
Job Description
As part of Philips Finance regional Hub in od you will have the opportunity to participate in project implementation or lead the project/initiative on your own, effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, provide training/open sessions on project status and tooling, and identify improvement opportunities in the purchase- to-pay process.

Your role:


Investigate, propose, and execute the implementation of P2P process improvements.

Review improvement initiatives raised by internal teams and fully support with implementation.

E2E responsible for project delivery timeliness and required quality.

Acting as Bridgehead between OpEx Team and Operations

Cooperation and coordination with BPEs, BPOs, IT and Analytics Team on project/improvement deliverables and details

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:




Experienced in IFRS accounting and bookkeeping in the international company (AP) at least 2-3 years



Experienced in managing multiple projects whilst adhering to strict deadlines.



Experience in SAP is a must-have (2-3 years)



Fluent English both written & spoken.


Proactive problem-solving attitude.

Computer literacy and experience in MS office applications is essential.

Analytical skills and critical thinking

Results and action-oriented individual with good interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work under pressure.
