The Alinea Group is looking for a full-time Overnight Cleaner to join our team! This is a full-time position, paid hourly, and candidates must be willing to work 40+ hours, 5 days a week.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, including flat-tops, fryers, hoods, hood filters, ovens, etc

Empty garbage and maintain the cleanliness of garbage areas

Wipe down and polish stainless steel surfaces in the kitchen

Sweep and mop the kitchen floor, vacuum any carpeted areas

Assist in the cleaning of dining rooms, common and outside areas

Requirements

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision

Proven prior experience cleaning kitchens, restaurants, or similar establishments

Physical Requirements

Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours

Must be able to move, pull or lift at least 35 pounds

Must be able to climb stairs multiple times per shift
