This position is for an Outside Sales Representative, in Whitefish, Montana and surrounding areas, for Residential Restoration and Construction projects. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping people protect one of their biggest assets, their home. If you are a self-starter, with a strategic mindset, a passion for helping and working with people, and a desire to learn, this is the job for you!

 



Job Duties/Functions:





  • Attend weekly sales meetings to master and fine-tune the sales process through the guidance of a mentor invested in your success.




  • Prospecting door-to-door in residential neighborhoods to source leads, then being able to  maintain customers and sales (initially, to gain clientele).




  • Sell roofing and exterior home improvements direct to residential customers.




  • Perform external home inspections with significant attention to detail.




  • Proactively build relationships with customers and potential clients.




  • Assist customers in filing insurance claims and navigating the insurance process, when needed.




  • Create a scope of work based on inspections and customer needs.




  • Actively communicate with customers on recommendations, options, pricing, and timelines to help meet their needs.




  • Maintain continuous communication with customers to manage their expectations through the restoration timeline and process.




  • Educate and assist our customers through the remodel and design process by highlighting the potential benefits to home improvements or discussing the potential risks of ignoring a problem.





Required (Basic) Qualifications:





  • High School diploma or equivalent.




  • Must be able to communicate face-to-face and/or via phone or email with customers and relate to people with a sincere level of understanding.




  • Must be able to perform roof and other exterior home inspections, including measurements and calculations.




  • General understanding and knowledge of the construction industry.




  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.




  • Two (2) years of sales experience (preferred).





Participation in training, mentorship, and sales meetings is an essential function for continued improvement and performance.

 



Compensation:



Growth opportunities to master a sales process in a highly lucrative industry. Earn $60,000.00 to $110,000.00+ a year through commissions and performance bonuses (Average per residential project commission ranges from $800-$1,500).
