We are looking for an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team. Our practice has been in business for over 30 years, continuously striving to provide personalized care for our patients. Patients are treated in private rooms, without any aides or techs, and they will have access to a shared gym area.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Evaluate and create treatment plans for patients upon physician's referral


• Instruct patients and families on home therapy programs


• Maintain appropriate records, such as progress notes, attendance reports, etc.

Requirements for this position:

• Must have a valid NYS physical therapy license


• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program


• At least one year experience preferred, but qualified new graduates will be considered


• Enthusiastic and professional attitude towards patients
