Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven, highly motivated Full Cycle, Outbound Sales Account Executive with a very strong "hunter" mentality and a proven track record in B2B sales to join our growing sales team at Kickfin. As a sales hunter, your primary focus will be on driving new customer acquisition through proactive outbound prospecting, targeting ideal customers, booking meetings, and managing the entire sales cycle until the deal is closed - its a short sales cycle in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in SaaS sales, business development, lead generation, and closing deals.

Requirements

  1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong focus on outbound prospecting, lead generation, and new customer acquisition.
  2. Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas, demonstrating a true "hunter" mentality in sales.
  3. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  4. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  5. Experience selling SaaS products or services, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry, is a plus.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a strategic plan for prospecting and identifying new business opportunities within our target market, leveraging a hunter mindset to aggressively pursue sales leads.
  2. Utilize various outbound sales techniques, such as cold calling, social media outreach, and email campaigns, to engage and qualify prospects, book meetings, and build a strong pipeline of potential customers.
  3. Effectively communicate Kickfin's value proposition to prospects, tailoring your approach to address their specific needs and pain points.
  4. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless transition to the customer success team after the deal is closed.
  5. Continuously research and maintain an up-to-date understanding of our target market, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform your outreach strategies.
  6. Achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas for meetings booked, opportunities generated, and deals closed.
  7. Maintain accurate and detailed records of prospect interactions in our CRM system.
