Mission for Ortho Scribe The scribe will ensure accurate, detailed records are entered for each patient visit to the orthopedic clinic so our physicians and care teams can best provide quality, personalized health care. Position Summary As a scribe, you will take dictation from providers to ensure accurate details of patient histories, exams, procedures, lab results and more are in our electronic health record system. Paid training on medical terminology and electronic health record provided for selected candidate if required.
