Mortgage Loan Originator Duties and Responsibilities
Solicit borrowers, realtors and advise and guide them throughout the entire loan process.
Review financials, pull credit, and issue pre-approvals.
Originate and evaluate mortgage loans according to lenders guidelines and standards.
Submit and monitor the status of applications from start to finish.
Maintain good relationships with clients by keeping them informed
Interact with realtors, account reps, AMC, community personnel, and sales agents.

Qualifications:
Must have an Active Florida NMLS mortgage license
