As anOrganizational Effectiveness Consultant, you will work in a fast-paced environment helping clients solve complex issues while delivering exceptional results. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing organizational effectiveness strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and help our clients achieve their business outcomes. Through an understanding of a companys culture and organization structure, you will collaborate with and support teams throughout major transformative projects. You will be required to apply organizational effectiveness methodologies, frameworks, processes, and tools to enable outcomes. Responsibilities include: While each day and project will be different, below is a list of the core expectations in this role. - Work on a team that advises business leaders and HR partners on organization transformations, reorganizations, realignments, and large-scale organization interventions
- Diagnose organizational needs and develop comprehensive solutions to increase team and organization effectiveness
- Collaborate internally to implement strategies that create systemic cultural shifts and increased leadership effectiveness across the organization
- Support organizational change management plans from strategy to execution
- Provide coordination and facilitation for strategic planning, change management, engagement, performance management, and other organization interventions
Qualifications: - 5+ years of change management experience in two or more types of complex change: large scale process/technology projects, transformational initiatives, M&A integrations, org strategy, or culture change, etc.
- 3+ years in external consulting role preferred
- Experience implementing best-in-class change management methods and tools
- Demonstrated focus on results with a proven track record of delivery and clearly articulated examples of successful implementation including metrics
- Adept at developing and fostering trusted relationships with business leaders and cross-functional teams
- Able to exercise discretion and independent decision-making in responding to unique situations and able to navigate ambiguity comfortably
- Thrives in the strategic work of synthesizing complex information and drawing out key themes, trends, and risks without compromising tactical delivery
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively (verbal and written) and actively listen
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
- Bachelors degree preferred
