Dew Software is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our team. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for picking and packing products and preparing them for shipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment, be a quick learner, and possess excellent attention to detail. Responsibilities

  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all items are in the correct quantities and meet quality standards.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure that all stock levels are accurate and up to date.
  • Use computer systems to track orders and update inventory records as needed.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, to move products safely and efficiently.
  • Assist in loading and unloading shipments, ensuring that all items are handled safely and securely.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and regulations, and participate in regular training sessions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring that all tools and materials are properly stored at the end of each shift.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately count and record inventory levels.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with inventory management systems.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
