The Business Support Manager (BSM) is a multifaceted position within the Business Internet Acquisition Channel organization. The Business Support Manager position relies on expertise in Customer Loyalty and Retention, as well as proficiency in Reporting, Tracking, Business Finance and Network Design & Operations.
The incumbent BSM will develop and execute strategies and manage customer relationships within the Small Business markets.
Required support will include order tracking, welcome/confirmation call/visit’s, onsite support for high value customers, tech support coordination and ownership of order from submission to installation. Incumbent will serve as primary point of contact for customer retention throughout the order process.
Incumbent will work closely with Vendor agents and Channel Managers to ensure the direct selling transition is successful and post-sales actions are handled with care. Provide support to Business Sales ACD Channels resulting in key metric improvements.
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
*Three or more years of relevant work experience.
*Experience within sales/customer support.
*Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
*Willingness to travel.
